These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ventura personal finance management mobile application ("Ventura", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Ventura, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By using Ventura, you agree not to misuse the services or help anyone else to do so. For example, you must not try to do any of the following in connection with the Services: breach or otherwise circumvent any security or authentication measures; interfere with or disrupt any user, host, or network, for example by sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing any part of the Services; access, search, or create accounts for the Services by any means other than our publicly supported interfaces.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services and its content, including but not limited to text, software, code, design, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, applications, interactive features and all other content ("Content") belong to us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our Content or remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices from our Content.
4. Limitation of Liability
Ventura is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the use of the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any information obtained through the Ventura. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or any damages whatsoever.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services, without notice, for any reason at any time.
6. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes that are material, we will let you know by posting on our website, or by sending you an email or other communication before the changes take effect. The notice will designate a reasonable period of time after which the new Terms will take effect.
